Trust

We believe that trust is at the heart of productivity and satisfaction in the workplace. Without trust, communication, information sharing, effective conflict resolution, recognition of diversity and collaboration-all integral elements of productivity and satisfaction-go deep into the cultural underground.

Our work around trust focuses on distinguishing different ways that trust gets developed-and destroyed. We work on creating awareness around the typical "wait to see" trust development strategy inherent in most work environments, and the costs and benefits of this approach. Work is then done to develop a different, more proactive possibility around trust-one in which individual responsibility is critical. Generally, work is done using real examples from the participants' environment and culture.

Through our collaboration with Dennis and Michelle Reina, Chignon & Reina Associates in Stowe, Vermont, we can access statistically validated assessment instruments to measure trust in yourwork groups.

These assessments are available as a "360 degree" environment for a manager or supervisor, or as a tool for measuring trust in a department or entire organization.

As with all the work of Phoenix Images, Inc., this work around trust is available in either team, small group or individual coaching venues, all specially designed for you and your workplace.
