We have considerable experience working within organizational dynamics, but do not see that experience as being "the answer", rather as a backdrop against which to facilitate individuals to find the best way forward for THEM. We do not rely on role playing nor making evaluative judgments about an individual's behaviors based on our model of success. This results in a highly individualistic approach to transforming individual performance while consistently providing leveraged increases in any company's productivity and success.
We firmly believe that the basis for this opportunity for change rests within the development of strong RELATIONSHIPS. This does not mean that everyone needs to socialize or like everyone, but rather that one's commitments in life, what one stands for needs to be known to others. This base of relationship then leads to the possibility of TRUST being developed.
We generally don't trust others with whom we are not in relationship. Based on trust, we then will usually be more in COMMUNICATION; that is we will share information with those whom we trust.
Assuming that conflict is a normal part of life in the business world, once we have a relationship-based trust, and are communicating out of that trust, we can begin to effectively RESOLVE CONFLICTS. Once conflicts are handled, we can create a HIGHLY LEVERAGED INCREASE IN SUCCESS AND PRODUCTIVITY for the individuals.
We accomplish this leveraged productivity by creating the steps above within an environment of respect for DIVERSITY and learning to NEGOTIATE for continued strong relationships.
For companies, our work always fits uniquely into your assessed or perceived issues and needs. If your staff is small enough, we would prefer face-to-face, on-site conversations. In cases of larger staff groups we can manage a representative sampling either face-to-face on-siteor via telephone. As a result of these findings, we then sit with you to go overthe general findings of these conversations. Based on that information we would then recommend a series ofconversational interventions that we feelwould produce the results you need.
Individually, we can develop a set of conversations aimed at addressing your performance needs, either as perceived by others in your organization, or as perceived by you.
